Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Victor “Zeno” Mejias Jr. started dancing at the age of 8 who was inspired by the greats, such as N’SYNC, Usher, Chris Brown and Michael Jackson where dance quickly became his true love and passion. Giving him the motivation and determination he needed to move forward as not only a dance artist, but a choreographer and movement director.

It has also given him the opportunity to teach across studios in NYC, as well as Las Vegas and Spain. He’s performed and worked with artists like Kat Deluna, ColorMeBadd, Japanese music group, DEEP and performing in top venues like The Apollo Theater, SOBs NYC and more. All while Co-founding and cultivating the OOTE Tribe to its finest, where he continues to inspire and devote the time to train and mold performing artist for greatness.
